Using ServPivot

ServPivot is free for applicants. Employers pay to unlock candidate contact details. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your organisation.

Anti-scam policy

All remote job postings are vetted. Requesting external up-front payment or personal financial documents from jobseekers is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account termination.

Intellectual property

All software logic, branding, and layout graphics on servpivot.com belong strictly to ServPivot and its owner. This includes, without limitation: the site's software, source code, algorithms, matching and scoring logic, database schemas, and business processes; the ServPivot name, logo, wordmark, brand colors, taglines, and all other branding elements; and the layout, page structure, user-interface designs, graphics, icons, illustrations, photography, animations, and written copy appearing on the site. All of the foregoing is the exclusive property of ServPivot and its owner, protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws, and all rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, sell, license, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, data-mine, frame, mirror, or create derivative works from any part of the site or its underlying code, design, or content without prior written permission from ServPivot. No license or ownership right is transferred to you by using the site.

You retain ownership of the content you submit — including your profile details, resume, and video introduction — and grant ServPivot a non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content with employers as needed to operate the matching service. Feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without restriction or compensation. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Reporting abuse

Use the Fraud Center link in the footer to flag any listing, profile or message. Every report is reviewed manually.
